Use of tag characters in a private encoding - is it valid please?

I think this suggestion clearly violates the spirit and policy of this 
list as well as past precedent.

This is not the place to solicit others to collectively "try inventions" 
and then report on that. In particular, the topic of encoding phrases 
has been (repeatedly) ruled out of scope.

Time for the list manager to close this thread.
