Correct. But all the Hebrew presentation forms should be deprecated.

Two Hebrew letters (presentation forms) puzzle me:
U+FB43 final pe with dagesh
U+FB49 shin with dagesh, without dot
Final [p] is written with normal pe U+05E4.
Shin with dagesh (in classical Hebrew) must have either shin dot or sin dot, too.
Therefore letters U+FB43 and U+FB49 do not exist.
