Lucida Sans Unicode & Hebrew Hyphen Maqaf

Hi Andreas,

I have version 5.10 updated March 3, 2017.

maqaf-hebr is placed over bet-hebr (you see it when you use a large font 
size) as it is defined as mark in the font while it should be a base.
