corrupted document with oracle bone script

Hello.

I found out that document http://www.unicode.org/L2/L2015/15280-n4687-oracle-bone.pdf is corrupted.

It is a proposal for inclusion of Oracle Bone Script into ISO/IEC 10646 standard. It is corrupted from page 163.

Could someone replace the document with the correct one?
