Why incomplete subscript/superscript alphabet ?

I’d support these.

> subscript:  A-Z, bcdfgqwyz

If NONE of the letters A-Z have been subscripted there’s not much reason to think that’s common or useful. I’d support bcdfgqwyz

Small capital Q is under ballot. 

The subscript Greek alpha had a very good rationale recently.
