[Unicode] Errors in CJK F chart in L2/15-339

Hi,

I'm interested in the errors you found.

The stabilization of CJK F is very important work of
this year. Usually IRG expects the submissions from
from the members (e.g. UTC), but in this case, you
can submit your individual contribution to IRG, I guess.
