Pali in Thai Script

There is no standard script for Pāḷi - It is often written in
Devanagri, Sinhala, Myanmar, Thai, Lao, Khmer, Latin, and several
other scripts.

I do think there is quite a need for a utility to convert Pāḷi written
in any one of these scripts to any of the others,
