Cameron, its for the Elixir language. Numbers, Date/time, Lists and Units are mostly done. Messages is partly done. Transforms is the current work. All at https://github.com/elixir-cldr
Thanks for the confirmation and pointers for transform rules. And for your work on TwitterCLDR, its definitely been an inspiration (I was more a Ruby person for a quite a while but now mostly working in Elixir).
