Agreed. Is there a source authority for the content in CLDR? I know there
is the recommendation system; with voting. But I don't recall any pointers
to source authorities.

I recall looking at various old Igbo Bible texts, but I was also looking at
Yoruba at the same time and I don't have my notes in front of me
(and Yoruba does have under-dotted < e > ).

Also, in reference to an alphabet in the past which is not the current
standard, how does CLDR represent that?
