Time Zones

[Erkki I Kolehmainen]

There are three versions of time-zone names: generic, standard, and
daylight. The generic name has now been placed as the name for the standard
time. Wouldn't it be more logical to keep the generic name and finally fill
the standard and daylight slots automatically with it when specific data is
redundant?
