tg-Cyrl-TJ and tk-TM

They're both in http://unicode.org/repos/cldr/trunk/seed/main/ - because 
we don't have enough confirmed data for these locales in order for them to 
be in "common".  If we could find vetters that would be willing to 
contribute data for these via survey tool, then they would move from 
"seed" to "main" as part of our release process.

I cannot find tg-Cyrl-TJ and tk-TM on 
http://unicode.org/repos/cldr/trunk/common/main/. Are they available 
somewhere?

PS: I can see them listed on supplemental/likelySubtags though.
