This form is for submitting documents other than technical proposals for
the Unicode Technical Committee. For technical proposals to the UTC,
including proposals for encoding new characters, see
How to Submit Documents
and Submitting Character Proposals
as appropriate and follow instructions there. All emoji submissions must follow the formal process detailed
in the Guidelines for Submitting Unicode Emoji Proposals.
For any other type of document, for example a proposed
new Unicode Technical Note, use this form and to tell us in some detail
what kind of document you plan to submit. We will respond with the best
way to handle the actual submission.
