endorse this statement by Ken.</font></p>
<p><font face="Candara">Strong evidence of widespread use and strong
evidence that can support the supposition that this use will not
be a flash in the pan, but continue for decades.</font></p>
<p><font face="Candara">Note the focus on evidence. The harder the
better.<br>
