Zipped data files for Unicode 17

Hi Unicode list,

For the recent 17.0.0 release, there are data files here:
  https://www.unicode.org/Public/

But there are usually zipped versions of these available in this
directory as well, which are missing for 17.0.0:
  https://www.unicode.org/Public/zipped/

I use the latter for a Linux distribution package, so it'd be useful if
they were updated.

Have you considered including the version number in the name of the
zipped version? It'd be slightly easier to automatically scan for new
releases if there was, e.g., a "UCD-17.0.0.zip" file in addition to (or
instead of) "UCD.zip" - at present we have to special-case looking at
the directory name.
