Introductions

Bríd-Áine, meet Ken, who has been working and publishing on
Internationalisation issues for many years.

Ken, meet Bríd-Áine, who is a PhD student here working on the
continuing struggle for people with non-ASCII characters in their
names to get equality of access online.

Part of Bríd-Áine's research is on the role of standards bodies in the
development of support for all the world's character sets, and has
asked me to put her in touch with people who might be willing to be
interviewed by her on this topic.  

She will actually be visiting the Script Encoding Initiative in
Berkeley in the spring.  I've had some great conversations with her
myself, and I hope you'll be willing and able to talk with her.
