Unable to login to CLDR survey tool account

Hi everyone,
I am trying to log into my CLDR survey tool account and for some reason I
am unable to do so.

The page only gives me option to log into and there is no provision to
click some ‘Forgot Password or Username’ button and reset the account.

If anyone has any info on how to do this please share with me.

I read the documentation for filing a ticket but in my understanding that
is only for reporting bugs but not account log in errors.

Any help would be appreciated in this regard.
