New Unicode Versions Update for Pipeline

For anybody reading this thread, I just wanted to remind you that there are
no such plans for releasing Unicode 17.1. Current plans are releasing
Unicode 17.0 in September 2025 and Unicode 18.0 in September 2026. For the
latest plans about which character will be in which release, check the
Unicode Pipeline at:

https://www.unicode.org/alloc/Pipeline.html

(Note that the above list is subject to change at each UTC meeting.)
