Despite the imprimatur of persons with names such as “Пётр”, I canʼt quite
agree. Surely the permissibility of a much broader range of characters is
vastly better — even if some common characters such as ⟨?⟩ and ⟨/⟩ and ⟨:⟩
arenʼt invited along for the ride.
