UDHR in Unicode

Sorry for resurrecting a 6 month old thread. I was looking for UDHR
translations.
https://unicode.org/udhr/ points to
https://www.ohchr.org/en/human-rights/universal-declaration/universal-declaration-human-rights/about-universal-declaration-human-rights-translation-project
but does not include a pointer to https://github.com/eric-muller/udhr .
And, it appears that ohchr.org site does not have plain text versions
available (only PDF is available as far as I can tell). At least, the
Hindi translation in PDF is not even a text but images.
Should we start with adding a pointer to Eric's github to
https://unicode.org/udhr ?
