For reference, the following fonts on my Windows system¹ display pointy-topped Д and Л:
Century Gothic, Dehuti, Franklin Gothic (all weights), Gabriola, Garamond, Palatino Linotype, Segoe Print

Additionally, Ink Free and Mistral display a pointy Д but a conventional Л, while the cursive fonts Monotype Corsiva and Segoe Script display a pointy Л, plus a Д that looks like a Latin D.

None of these fonts has corresponding “normal” versions of the pointy letters, and for good reason: this is a font design issue, as James said.
