Lucida Sans Unicode selected in LibreOffice (which uses HarfBuzz) on 
Windows 7 does not display the maqaf in the sample text.  Neither does 
BabelPad using the Win7 Uniscribe.  But other fonts display the 
character in both applications/shaping engines.
