normalization: dotless i + COMBINING ACUTE ACCENT doesn't combine to I ACUTE

Interesting! Is it true then that the result of

i + COMBINING ACUTE ACCENT

which is LATIN SMALL LETTER I WITH ACUTE actually represents a latin
small letter i with dot _and_ acute accent? I had always assumed that
it should be dotless.
