Unicode 14.0.0 LineBreakTest.txt rule 30.22 ?

Daniel,

You are looking at Version 14.0.0 of the data files, but an outdated 
proposed update of the annex. The missing rule part is:

[\p{Extended_Pictographic}&\p{Cn}] × EM

Please be patient for one more day, as the release of all the final text 
for the annexes is scheduled for tomorrow.
