Encoding ConScripts

That sounds like what the Scripts Ad-Hoc is for, isn't it?  I mean, 
SAH's purpose includes this one (as well as non-new orthographies.)


Nobody knows the future; for the currently-forseeable future I don't 
think encoding masters theses/dreams is going to come to pass.
