Is the list of HTML entities fixed, or is there a mechanism through which new ones can be requested? I think the right group to contact is the W3C, or is it IETF? For example, I think "²³&sup4;" should expand to "²³⁴" and not to "²³&sup4;" as it currently does. Best, Fred Brennan
