simple.

it isn't.

at least not here.

for me, pasting 𝟎𝟓𝟔𝟕𝟏𝟑𝟔𝟎𝟑𝟎𝟐 into a browser’s address bar leads to an
http GET, not to an https one.

(curiosity won.)

(which comic was that where the kids were intentionally using integers
instead of dns to asccess web sites to confuse anyonewatching them?)
