New Unicode Working Group: Message Formatting

As noted in the blog, the scope of this working group is a syntax for "adapting programs”. It is not intended for individual communication between two persons.

The question of when and how the message translation takes place is also out of scope for the Working Group. Mr. Verdy has given a great summary introduction to the process in a separate reply.
