New Unicode Working Group: Message Formatting

I notice that in the web page

there is a request to add more features.

One of those requested features is as follows

> Inflections (genders, articles, delensions, etc.)

So I am wondering quite what formats will be covered by the project and 
how those formats can be applied, in various contexts, not necessarily 
only those initially considered.
