Script_extension Property of U+0310 Combining Candrabindu

The Guara Times font maps Cyrillic letters (Л,л,М,м) with chandrabindus 
in the P.U.A. of the font.  This can be done without the P.U.A. using 
U+0310:  Л̐,л̐,М̐,м̐
