Adding RAINBOW FLAG to Unicode

That same glyph turns up as this, for me:

Which is part of the problem. "Rainbow" could mean anything. That the Apple
version happens to look a bit like a flag (a weird square flag that looks
almost nothing like the queer pride flag) is largely immaterial.
