Then why Lulu asks me 22.20 EUR (= 25.68 USD) (+ taxes + shipping)?

And why Lulu says they can ship them only from North America? (so
shipping costs 33.99 EUR, making the total (64.56 EUR = 74.67 USD) not
so cheap anymore)
