That doc page on CPAN has *all* the links pointing to the former MSDN blog
"archives" not pointing anywhere (they all redirect now to "
http://blogs.msdn.com/msgs/?messageid=6" displaying "page not found").

The archives are apparently lost, or no longer directed correctly by
Microsoft where they have been relocated... if they still exist somewhere

Microsoft apparently does not know what is an "archive", why did he break
them? (or may be Michael S. Kaplan deleted them if this was his personal
account, or deleted his former personal account on the former MSDN blogs).

Well that CPAN doc page is also full of junks, with considerations about a
particular layout design for extended Latin, that should have been placed
on a separate page for that layout.
