Goykanadi script - script for Konkani language.

Hi Anish,

I am familiar with the Goykanadi script and have explored it in some depth.
I'm currently designing a font for it, after which I will consult some
Konkani language organizations and determine whether it is suitable for
encoding (at which point, I will propose it for encoding). Please feel free
to contact me if you have any questions! If you have any contacts in these
areas as well, I would appreciate your help.
