How to disable Indic syllable form editing in MS word

Yes, Really this is serious limitation for Indic Editing,

As some WildCards featurs, Search & replace of special characters like
ZWJ/ZWNJ also does not work for Indic Data.

Is Libre Office or other editors allows cluster-level Indic Editing?
