JSON published at 30.0.2

[John Emmons]

CLDR's JSON data has been republished to github at the 30.0.2 level. In 
addition, the tooling problems that caused some duplicate keys in the JSON 
has been resolved.  See http://unicode.org/cldr/trac/ticket/9855 for 
details on that.
