likely subtag for 'und-GB' to 'en-GB'

Hi

Resending this. I'm not sure this was posted, since I sent it before enlisting my mail address.

I was wondering why there is no mapping from undefined language and country GB od UK to UK/GB English.
Same for US.

Is there another way to get that information?
