Test Data Gone?

[Cameron Dutro]

I looked back through some old Github issues and found a link Steven
provided to the collation test file
<http://source.icu-project.org/repos/icu/icu/trunk/source/test/testdata/collationtest.txt>
ICU uses. Is this something I should consider using?
