Unit Intervals

Hey CLDR Users,

I took a look through CLDR data this afternoon looking for a way to
consistently format what I call "unit intervals" in multiple languages. It
would be useful to my current use case if CLDR contained the data to format
phrases like "every year" and "every two years", as well as "every month"
and "every two months". Does CLDR currently contain, or are there plans to
add, formatting data for such a use case? Thanks!
